I walk as away to keep my Angel baby memory alive and spread awareness. At just 25 weeks 3 days shy of being 26 weeks pregnant with my daughter September 27th 2024 out the blue I found out I was suffering from severe preeclampsia which is something I was never diagnosed with. Saturday September 28 I loss my daughter due to the severe preeclampsia. Most women within 20 weeks are diagnosed with preeclampsia in which some women and babies are fortunate to live while spending days or weeks in the hospital while some aren't fortunate. In my case I was fortunate enough to live however my baby girl Journi wasn't. Coming home without her has been my biggest struggle and I still question how I developed something risky to my pregnancy so quick and out of nowhere. In the memory of my daughter I wanted to share and raise awareness while educating and helping women whose experiencing. All donations are welcome nothings too little especially when it's coming from the heart. I know my daughter would love this while keeping her memory alive. If you can't donate just spreading awareness word of mouth , on your social media platforms and or joining me in this walk this journey would be even wonderful. Help me through my healing journey for my princess Journi Michelle Cooley. Thank you for your love and support !! please share with friends and anyone one interested is welcome to donate or just join the team.
love ,
Team Journi strong ? ???
Below is a bit education on preeclampsia
Pre-eclampsia usually begins after 20 weeks of pregnancy in a woman whose blood pressure had been normal. It can lead to serious, even fatal, complications for both mother and baby.
There may be no symptoms. High blood pressure and protein in the urine are key features. There may also be swelling in the legs and water retention, but this can be hard to distinguish from normal pregnancy.
