Katie and Jenny are friends and neighbors who bonded over their complicated birth journeys. Katie was hospitalized for a month with severe preeclampsia before giving birth to her son at 32 weeks. Jenny suffered from severe postpartum preeclampsia after the birth of her first son and postpartum eclampsia, including 4 eclamptic seizures, after the birth of her second son. This walk represents the support they have for one another as well as their hope that future moms do not have to endure these complications. Thank you for your support!
