Support My Fundraising Efforts as I prepare to run the Los Angeles Half Marathon!

I'm thrilled to share that I'll be running a half marathon on March 17th to support Erika's Lighthouse, a fantastic organization dedicated to raise awareness and educate teens about depression. This is an especially meaningful challenge to me as I struggled with teenage depression growing up. I still struggle with it but have thankfully found resources to help pull through. This is why, when I heard about Erika's Lighthouse, I knew I had to do something to help.

Erika's Lighthouse is determined to make sure no young person feels alone in their depression. We are dedicated to creating a community of empathy and education. We create middle school and high school teen depression awareness programs so educators and teens can create safe spaces to learn about depression, letting students know they are never alone, and there is somewhere to turn.

Erika's Lighthouse Offers all of our resources at absolutely no cost ever, including over 100 evidence-informed, depression awareness resources for educators, parents, and teens. Your fund-raising efforts help to ensure educators across the world are equipped with effective tools to talk with teens about mental health. Together, we can make sure no teen ever feels alone in their depression.
