This October, I am lacing up the marathon shoes for the second time to run the Chicago Marathon with Erika's Lighthouse! Erika's Lighthouse is a beacon of hope for young people struggling with depression, ensuring that no one ever feels alone in their battle. This cause is deeply personal to me; as someone who struggled with my own mental health throughout my childhood, I understand the importance of early intervention and support.

By raising funds for this incredible organization, we're helping to create a community of empathy and education. Erika's Lighthouse works tirelessly to provide middle and high school students with depression awareness programs, empowering educators and teens to foster safe spaces where discussions about mental health are welcomed and encouraged.
