Wellness House provides complete cancer care - every step of the way. Whether you have cancer, or you are caring for a friend or family member who is diagnosed with cancer, all are welcome at Wellness House. More than 520 programs are provided each month, both online and in person, to improve physical and emotional well-being and give people with cancer a support network like no other. 

Because of the Walk, and the generous donations of individuals and businesses, everything at Wellness House is provided free of charge, providing one less thing to worry about when struggling with a cancer. That's why I have joined the Walk and why I ask you to join me in giving what you can to support people in the fight for their lives.

I walk because I want this amazing resource to be here in the future. My 2021 diagnosis of breast cancer rocked my world to it's foundation. I was scared. A neighbor recommended Wellness House. I started attending a Cancer Support group which included people with a wide variety of cancers. This support group was my lifeline. It was my palce to be with others who were fighting just like I was or had already fought. It was my place to cry, laugh, talk, celebrate, mourn, and support my fellow members. The closeness of that group has lead to long lasting friendships that I cherish today. I enjoyed attending online exercise courses, webinars on breast cancer research, and also nutrition. I am so grateful for the safe space that Wellness House provided for me during my journey. That is why I will do all I can every year to raise money to ensure that this resource is available for other cancer patients and their families in the future.
