Cancer has taken many people in my famliy, but the ones closest to my heart would be my Dad & Son-In-Law . My dad was diagnosed with kidney cancer in 1978. He lived until the age of 72 after the cancer returned. Nando was only 29 years old when he died of thyroid cancer, 10 months after he was diagnosed.
I walk in their memory, and for family members & friends who have fought this awful disease.
