The recent changes at HHS and the CDC have instilled optimism in millions of freedom-loving Americans, while at the same time the slow pace of the U.S. economic recovery has caused many to reexamine - or stop altogether - their charitable giving. These factors have combined to significantly diminish our funding over the last two years.

Now of course, that hasn’t stopped us. We're committed to defending your rights, even with less. But the irony is that, although on the surface things may look better in Washington, for many Americans things have never been worse. The West Coast states and Hawaii have formed a regional health alliance in defiance of changes at the CDC, and several Northeast states have done the same. All of those states combined represent a huge percentage of our nation’s population, and they need our help now more than ever. Your gift to our 2025 Year-End Giving Campaign could be the difference between us providing legal assistance to one more family in need, or turning them away. 

That is why your gift to We The Patriots USA is more important now than ever before. With your contribution, we can continue to defend children and parents in every corner of the country, from coast to coast. We have ambitious goals for the new year, including expanding our legal staff so that we can file more lawsuits than ever before. And with new initiatives like our promise to provide free legal representation to healthcare workers fired or disciplined for refusing to participate in an abortion, we'll definitely need to file more lawsuits.

For instance, a gift of $100 from each one of our supporters would enable us to file approximately 10 additional lawsuits in 2026. A gift of $1,000 from just 25% of our supporters would enable us to file 25 more lawsuits in 2026. And a gift of $10,000 from just 10% of our supporters would enable us to file 100 more lawsuits in 2026.

Even if you are unable to commit to one of these gift levels, we ask you to please consider making a tax-deductible contribution on or before December 31, 2025.
