DogFest Houston wouldn’t  be possible without the incredible support of dedicated volunteers like you! There are numerous ways to get involved and make a meaningful impact, both in the planning stages and on the day of the event.

Get Involved with the DogFest Planning Committee

Recruitment and Outreach: Spread the word about DogFest and Canine Companions by promoting the event and recruiting new teams!

Retention and Engagement: Reconnect with past participants and encouragethem to join us for the 2025 season, while engaging new participants and fostering connections with our mission.

Sponsorship: Expand our corporate support by reaching out to potential sponsors and growing our network of local business partners.

Event Day Volunteers

On the day of DogFest Houston, there are many ways you can contribute:

•    Check-in: Welcome participants and assist with registration.
•    Set-up/Take-down: Help with the setup of event spaces and the breakdown at the end of the day.
•    Runner/Misc. Needs: Be on hand to assist with various tasks and ensure everything runs smoothly.
•    Activity Booths: Engage with attendees at activity booths and help facilitate fun and interactive experiences.
