Hey all! I am reaching out due to concerns around the potential gap in food assistance for kids in our community. Because the federal government is shut down, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) may stop issuing benefits beginning November 1. That’s why I’m raising funds to help fill this gap in our community through Dare to Care. I've worked with Dare to Care for a while now, and I believe in this amazing organization. All donations will go to Dare to Care Food Bank to purchase food and ensure hands are extended to those who would otherwise go without.
