Our Annual Fundraising Gayla is one of our most highly anticipated events here at the Commission. Not only is it a time to come together in community, joy, and celebration but it is also the event that provides critical funding. This funding allows us to continue to build internal programmatic capacity, provide trainings, enhance policy development, and engage in youth outreach.
This year's theme is LGBTQ Black Dandyism--a style rooted in self-preservation and resistance, rooted in the assertion of individuality, freedom, and reimagining through fashion. The night will include drag performances, our live auction and raffle, as well as awards, music, and VIP guests.
