Aloha! My name is Koanui Keaulana and I am a 14 year old student athlete born and raised on the Leeward Coast of O'ahu. I grew up always playing in the water and it is a huge part of my identity. I enjoy surfing, swimming, and over the past years, I especially fell in love with playing water polo. It keeps me out of trouble and helps me stay disciplined and healthy. I really want to grow and learn so I can be the best I can be. After returning from the Olympic Development Program National Championships I was selected to attend the Cadet (16U) National Team Selection Camp in Orange County, CA April 25-27. About 18-20 athletes per age group will be selected to represent USA Water Polo as a member of the Olympic Development Program Pipeline National Teams. I am humbled to have the opportunity to represent Hawai'i at the national level and truly appreciate your support.
