Support My Fundraising Efforts

Support me as I challenge myself to raise awareness and educate teens about depression. When Erika's Lighthouse is presented to CHS students, I have the opportunity to collaborate with our health teachers, guidance counselors, and fellow psychologists in the classroom.

Erika's Lighthouse is determined to make sure no young person feels alone in their depression. We are dedicated to creating a community of empathy and education. The middle school and high school teen depression awareness programs create safe spaces to learn about depression, letting students know they are never alone and there is somewhere to turn.  This program also teaches language vital in creating conversations so that the appropriate support and resources are provided for treatment.
