2025 Team Resilience

Hello hello, thank you for visiting my page! I am so excited to be running my first marathon with Erika's Lighthouse to raise support for adolescent mental health programs! The organization has impacted over half a million students and over 2,000 schools across the country through mental health curricula for students and educators, empowerment clubs to promote conversation around depression, and much more. They aim to reduce stigma and create safe spaces for students to ask for help when they need. Help support my marathon training journey and awareness for adolescent depression!

Erika's Lighthouse's mission:

Erika's Lighthouse is determined to make sure no young person feels alone in their depression. We are dedicated to creating a community of empathy and education. We create middle school and high school teen depression awareness programs so educators and teens can create safe spaces to learn about depression, letting students know they are never alone, and there is somewhere to turn.
