Erika's Lighthouse is determined to make sure no young person feels alone in their depression. We are dedicated to creating a community of empathy and education. We create middle school and high school teen depression awareness programs so educators and teens can create safe spaces to learn about depression, letting students know they are never alone, and there is somewhere to turn.

Hi all - my name is Sheila, I am super excited to be running my first marathon! Participating in a marathon has been something I’ve been wanting to do for some time and have decided to go for it this year! Running has always been my favorite form of self care since high school and has been an outlet for me to improve my mental health. This has inspired me to support Erika’s Lighthouse whose mission is to provide proven foundations for students to create a thriving culture of compassion, support, and hope. Please support me as I challenge myself to raise awareness and educate teens about depression with Erika’s Lighthouse. I appreciate any support you can offer! - Sheila
