IN THE NEWS

The Walk Ahead supports the research and care efforts of the Brain Tumor Center at the University of Cincinnati Gardner Neuroscience Institute. Our annual event provides an opportunity for brain tumor patients and caregivers to connect and support each other in a fun uplifting atmosphere.

WEATHER PROTOCOL ANNOUNCEMENT

Walk Ahead is a rain or shine event, but safety always comes first. Our team will closely monitor weather conditions leading up to and on event day. In the event of thunderstorms, lightning, or severe weather, we may delay or cancel the walk based on information from the National Weather Service. Updates and announcements will be shared on the Walk Ahead website and social media channels.

No matter what the weather brings, we’re grateful for your support and can’t wait to walk together for brain tumor discoveries—so grab your ponchos and umbrellas, and let’s show that nothing can stop this incredible community from moving forward and making a difference!
