2025 WALK AHEAD FOR BRAIN TUMOR DISCOVERIES

2025 marks a 10-year milestone for the most challenging year of my life. For those that may not recall, in late December of 2014 I went in for surgery to remove a small portion of remaining tumor from the one taken out in 2011. Let's just say there were complications...the result: the month of January was spent in the hospital and the month of February in inpatient rehab. Over the year 2015, I recovered from 13 surgeries/procedures...whew, glad that is over! I continue to be BLESSED with family and friends who have supported me through everything - so thank you all from the bottom of my heart! NOW it is time to give back to help those in need today, through this meaningful and fun event!! Please join our team to support this important cause. As in the past, we will gather (near the large lit Walk Ahead sign) to walk as a group and then meet at Streetside for "nourishment" and comraderie. Looking forward to seeing you there and thanks in advance for your support of this event and our team.
