Our family came to know Wellness House very well in 2017. Brian was undergoing treatment for his 3rd blood cancer diagnosis and we started attending individual and group therapy, their educational events, cooking sessions, reiki, acupuncture, workouts, field trips to Whole Foods, and alllll the fun kids' events. It became such a priority in our lives, that we scheduled his doctor visits, scans & diagnostics around our sessions at Wellness House.

I can confidently say, and know that Bri would agree whole-heartedly, that the Wellness House not only helped guide us, but connected us with others experiencing similiar hardships (what an understatement!), and quite honestly saved our sanity -and probably our marriage, as well.

Wellness House provides complete cancer care - every step of the way. Whether you, your spouse, a young or adult child or grandchild has cancer, or you are caring for a friend or family member who is diagnosed with cancer, ALL are welcome at Wellness House. More than 520 programs are provided each month, both online and in person, to improve physical and emotional well-being and give people with cancer a support network like no other...which is why the twins and I continued to attend and use their services after Brian died, while I was going through my own treatment before and during the pandemic. And when we're able, we still go back to re-group or for a "refresher."

Because of the Walk, and the generous donations of individuals and businesses, everything at Wellness House is provided FREE of charge, providing (MANY!) less things to worry about when struggling with cancer.

That's why Avery, Vivi and I have joined the Walk and why I ask you to join me in walking and/or giving what you can to support others like us, in this fight for their lives...
