Ryan Cosgrove was the light of my life, and a ray of sunshine to all who knew him. We are approaching the ten year anniversary of his passing, and I can't believe how time had dragged and flown by at the same time.  I was so blessed to have my amazing late husband in my life for 16 years. Some people never find that, and having an angel on earth like him was a true blessing in every sense of the word. He is forever in my heart. Wellness House was a place of great support, and for me, it was the grief counseling and bereavement support group that helped me through my most difficult times.

Wellness House provides support for those affected by cancer every step of the way. Whether you have cancer, or you are caring for a friend or family member diagnosed with cancer, all are welcome at Wellness House. More than 520 programs are provided each month, both online and in person, to improve physical and emotional well-being and give people with cancer a support network like no other. 

Because of the Walk, and the generous donations of individuals and businesses, everything at Wellness House is provided free of charge, providing one less thing to worry about when struggling with cancer. That's why I have joined the Walk and why I ask you to join me in giving what you can to support people in the fight for their lives.

Sunday May 4th, which ironically was the date of Ryan's funeral and "May The 4th be with you" --- he was a big Star Wars fan. In the way of Ryan, gotta find the positive!
