Lauren Baker, former First Lady of Massachusetts and CEO of the Wonderfund will share her journey of passion and purpose, highlighting her work with Wonderfund and her unique perspective as the wife of a past governor.
Lauren Baker became the first lady of Massachusetts, when her husband, Gov. Charlie Baker, was sworn in as governor in 2015.
As First Lady, Lauren worked to improve the lives of Massachusett's children, focusing particularly on the children served by their Department of Children and Families through her work with Wonderfund, a private nonprofit she helped launch.
She is a veteran of the advertising world where she managed many brand campaigns for consumer products. She then worked in higher education at Marion Court College and served as Board Chair and Director of Institutional Advancement.
Currently, Lauren is the Founder and CEO of the Wonderfund which serves children across Massachusetts.
