Dear Friends and Family,

I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease four years ago and I thought my life was over.  Thanks to organizations such as the American Parkinson’s Disease Association, I was connected to the people and resources that helped me realize there is a lot more living to be done!  

That is why I am participating in the APDA Optimism Walk in Tacoma on October 10th.  I would be honored if you joined me on the walk, sent positive thoughts to all those dealing with PD, and if you are able, donate to help others.
