Junior Achievement of Western New York (JA of WNY) is a global non-profit organization that prepares & inspires our children/students to succeed in our global economy by offering in-school / after-school programs in financial literacy, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship.

The JA of WNY helps provide program materials, training, support and provides a successful bridge between education and the business community.  Businesses, foundations, and individuals who support JA benefit from having a positive image in the community and by helping to engage a better-prepared workforce.  School children of all socio-economic backgrounds develop the competencies necessary for success in a global economy.  These competencies are not part of NYS education requirements—and significant research shows they are not being taught in the home—yet are critical to the future success of our community.  Please remember, ALL of GOD’s children are our FUTURE and with their help; we will continue building our communities and help our economy thrive for future generations.
