We are fundraising for The Arc on behalf of Julian!

Julian was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at age 2. He's spent most of his life non-verbal, only communicating in gestures or one or two words at a time. But anyone that knows him knows that's never stopped him from getting what he wants! He's always been tenacious, and because of that he has been making great strides with his communication skills. 

Julian spent his first summer at The Arc last year, and he had the time of his life. He met some amazing people, and got to enjoy some wonderful experiences—every single day was something new! Spending time with a community that could relate to him really helped pull him from his shell, and I believe helped improve his communication as well!

The Arc is a wonderful place, filled with wonderful people that deserve every ounce of funding they can get. 
 

wondering why our name is pond? Well, the pond of one of Julian's favorite things! He loves all the little creatures you'd find living in or around one. Fish...Aligators...Birds—you name it, he has a figurine or stuffed animal of it!
