2026 Aurora Walk to Cure Scleroderma

Dear Friends and Family,

I'm fundraising for a cause that's very important to me - finding a cure for scleroderma. Register, donate and walk with me on August 2 in Waubonsie Lake Park in Aurora. I'd love to see you there!

Scleroderma is a chronic, often progressive autoimmune disease that causes hardening of the skin, can damage internal organs, and even can become fatal. Scleroderma affects over 300,000 people. This disease remains misunderstood, misdiagnosed and underfunded. Many of us live with the challenges that this disease presents everyday and we appreciate those of you who have so generously made contributions in the past. You can help us get one step closer to finding a cure for this disease by supporting this walk. The money we raise promotes public awareness, stimulates and supports research and helps patients and their families cope through support programs, peer counseling, physician referrals, and educational information.
