Name of your favorite teacher and what made the person special to you (any grade level, including college):  Mrs. Peggy Honaker, she was my third grade teacher at Glover Elementary. She used to come home for lunch with me and we still stay in contact with one another to this day!

What were some of your most enjoyable times in school (any grade level):  Playing the flute in Goodyear Middle School band; running for prom court and winning prom Queen at East High School. Disliking pizza day on Tuesdays in high school, because they didn’t sell fries.

Looking back over the years, what advice would you give to your high school self or college self: I wish I would have saved most of the money I made while in high school and college, and invested it.

The reason(s) you are raising funds to support Project GRAD Akron ’s scholarships and programs: I love what Project GRAD Akron represents and being a mentor.
