In Loving Memory of Brittany McCarthy
Brittany McCarthy was a vibrant young woman whose life was cut short far too soon. She was known for her kind heart, infectious smile, and dedication to helping others.
Brittany’s family and friends have channeled their grief into action, organizing this annual event to honor her memory and raise awareness about the dangers of brain aneurysms with the funding of TBF Preventative Research Grants. Through their efforts, they hope to fund research that could save lives and prevent other families from enduring such a devastating loss.
The 5th Annual 5K Run/1 Mile Walk will be held on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2026 at Wolfe's Pond Park
REGISTRATION: 8:30 AM Rain or Shine!

We will have complimentary breakfast items, snacks, and pizza from our sponsor, Prime Pizza Kitchen. Anny, from our sponsor Strike A Pose, will be taking pictures so be ready to smile! We also will have a DJ with great music.
RUNNERS START: 9:30 AM and walkers to follow
- First 100 runners will receive a T-shirt
- All walkers MUST register by Aug 15th to receive a T-shirt
- Runners will receive awards for the following:
- Trophies: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place overall, male & female
- Medals: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place, male and female by age group
- Age groups: 8-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
- All time and clocked by Complete Race Solutions.
