I’m not just participating in Angels in the Outfield. I’m showing up as a mom and as the founder of No Foot Too Small.

Many of you know our story, our son, Beau. You may not know how deeply his life continues to shape everything we do. Beau is the reason No Foot Too Small exists, to honor babies like him and to walk alongside families facing unimaginable loss.

But this event holds an even deeper layer for our family.

Bella and Ben have grown up in a world where their brother is both missing and ever present. Angels in the Outfield is one of the ways they get to celebrate him, to see his life make a difference, and to feel proud of the impact his story continues to have. It’s not just a fundraiser to them. It’s a tangible reminder that Beau matters, that he is remembered, and that good is still being written from our loss.

That’s why this matters so much.
