The 4th annual Cinco de Mayo Luncheon gathers downtown businesses and stakeholders to celebrate, promote, and learn about the Mexic-Arte Museum, the Cinco de Mayo victory, and the 5th Street Mexican American Cultural District. The luncheon will feature a guest speaker, Dr. Raul A. Ramos, Ph. D.  Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Studies, Department of History, Director, Center for Arts and Humanities at the University of Houston.

We invite you and your company to sponsor the fourth annual Cinco de Mayo Luncheon. This event will raise funds for Mexic-Arte Museum, the pioneer and major anchor of the 5th St. Mexican American Cultural District.

Parking information: 

• $20 Valet Parking Service through the Thompson Hotel
• $2.40 per hour paid street parking through Park ATX (link to instructions)
• $10 for 4 hours discounted parking through Metropolis at the Frost Bank Tower Garage (1112 E. 4th St. Austin, TX 787)

  • Instructions: 

    1. Drive In: Enter the garage; the system reads your license plate.
    2. Connect: Scan the QR code found around the Frost Bank Tower Garage.
    3. Sign Up: Enter your phone number, license plate, and payment details.
    4. Receive Confirmation: Get a text message confirming your visit.
    5. Get Discount: Scan the QR Code at the Museum check-in, and your discount of $10 for a 4 hr stay will be applied.
    6. Drive Out: When you leave the garage, you will be charged automatically.
