Kellie is an educator, arts advocate, lifelong learner, and fitness enthusiast. As Director of Education at the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts, she creates meaningful opportunities for people of all ages to experience the power of art and creativity. Outside the museum, she's a barre instructor who enjoys helping others build confidence through movement, and she's currently pursuing her doctorate—demonstrating her commitment to learning, leadership, and personal growth.

Ray Weber is an award-winning educator whose passion for teaching has inspired students, families, and colleagues throughout Washington County. A fifth-grade teacher at Salem Avenue Elementary School, Ray was named Washington County Public Schools' 2024 Teacher of the Year in recognition of his dedication to student success, innovative teaching, and the relationships he builds inside and outside the classroom. He believes every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Together, Kellie and Ray share a passion for education, creativity, and helping others discover their strengths. While this may be their first time sharing the dance floor, they're united by a common goal: supporting The Arc of Washington County and creating opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live rich, fulfilling lives.
