It has been five years since I was first diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. Through the support received from the Michigan Parkinson Foundation, I have been able to attend Support Group Meetings and gain valuiable information and friendships. Although there is no current cure for Parkinson's, and no two people have the exact same symptoms, there is hope that one will be found during my lifetime.
