As many know, my mom was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2023. She has remained positive, even in tough times, and continues kicking butt! She is very much involved with the resources offered, as she takes boxing and other exercise classes many times a week! Her positive attitude and commitment to staying active and healthy is amazing. We started participating in the Parkinson’s Hero Walk three years ago and it has been such a fun experience. The money raised goes towards the resources/services, so many are benefiting from! We will participate in the walk again on September 12th at Jimmy John’s Field and would love for even more to join us this year!! ?
