Early 2014, we got notification that my father-in-law had fallen, CT scan revealed that he had a mass and it needed to be removed immediately. We were red cross flown from Alaskan to Maryland for his recovery from surgery. His initial diagnosis was a tumor, margins weren't good, expectancy was 3-6 months. However, we got almost 4 years with him. Largely due to the funding, research, and databases available to extend his life with decent quality of life. We appreciated every second we got with him.

When I first learned of Dragon Master's mission, I understood. 

I've witnessed first hand what dedicated funding can do. I am proud to say since I've joined this group as a runner, I have seen the growth they have made to help so many and continue to focus on research and funding programs that are making great strides in the fight against Pediatric Brain Cancer diagnosis. They understand how important it is to focus on the Pediatric side of care, because the goal isn't just surviving cancer or treatments, but to have a good quality of life.
