I'm participating in DogFest OKC 2026 because I believe in Canine Companions and their mission to provide expertly trained service dogs to adults, children and veterans with disabilities FREE of charge. I had the privilege of working with Facility Dog Raisin for 10 years at the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center. I saw the impact Raisin had on the veterans with whom she interacted on a daily basis. Raisin passed away recently and I have named our team Raisin's Memorial Team this year. I would like to honor her contribution by fundraising for Canine Companions in her name.
