am a board member of the Fort Wayne Medical Society Alliance comprised of spouses, partners and friends of Fort Wayne physicians.  The Alliance has always supported HMB. Allen County has one of the highest prematurity rates in the state of Indiana. 10.3% of our babies in Allen County are born premature, or before 37 weeks. Healthier Moms

and Babies preterm rate for their families is at 2% which is significantly lower than our county

average. This speaks volumes for HMB services considering the high-risk factors of the families

HMB serve. One of those services provided to the families they serve is providing nurses whom do home visits.
