Have you been craving a retreat? An opportunity to truly get away, unwind, and reconnect with yourself?

This signature offering from Wander Well Acupuncture in Lexington, MA combines a variety of healing modalities to help reset the nervous system, melt away tension, and create deep relaxation for body, mind, and spirit. 

Your journey begins with a 30-minute virtual health history review where we’ll discuss your goals, concerns, and areas of support so your experience can be thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs.

You’ll then receive a luxurious 2-hour in-person treatment beginning with Traditional Japanese Style Acupuncture. As the body begins to rest, massage is applied to the upper back, neck, and shoulders using special herb-infused ointments designed to soothe tension and encourage deeper relaxation. The session continues with hands-on therapy for the arms and legs, while additional treatments such as cupping may be applied to support the body’s healing process.

Once the body has softened and settled, the experience transitions into Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy to further calm the nervous system and create a profound sense of restoration and ease.

Have a personalized one-on-one yoga session with Kerry Hinds of Fertile Body Yoga is tailored specifically to your wellness journey and current needs.

Whether you're seeking the gentle support of fertility yoga, the nurturing practice of prenatal or postnatal yoga, the deep relaxation of restorative yoga, or an energizing flow class, this private lesson will be customized just for you. Plus you'll get a recording! The session provides a safe, supportive space to connect with your body and breath during any stage of your family-building path.

In-Person Event Information

When:  Sunday, Oct. 4th from 9am-12p, rain or shine!

Where: The Warren Conference Center and Inn, 529 Chestnut Street Ashland, MA 01721. 

Please note that using GPS directions will bring you to the main Warren Conference Center lot, not event parking, which is adjacent to our event space. Once you are on Chestnut St., look for the Welcome flag by the intersection of Chestnut St. and Eliot St. and there will be parking attendants to help direct you from there!

Accessible parking is available. Please either email us ahead of time, or let a volunteer know if you require an accessible spot when you arrive.

Check-In: When you arrive at the Walk, check in at the orange tent and pick up your walk shirt and any incentive items earned.

Activities: Hang out with your people, get a chair massage, play some lawn games, and visit our sponsors before and after we walk! 

Bathrooms: Restrooms will be available close to the parking and event area, if you're not sure where to go ask a Walk Volunteer to point you in the right direction. A changing station and private feeding area will be available with the restrooms closest to the field.

FAQs

*As much as we love dogs, this venue is humans-only so please plan on leaving all pets at home on Walk Day.

*Our 1 mile walk route does include an unpaved portion of the Warren field, which might be a little tough to navigate with an umbrella stroller.

*A limited number of Walk Shirts will be available for purchase during the event. Order ahead of time to make sure yours is waiting for you when you check in!

*Incentive items will be based on fundraising totals as of 5p EST on Saturday, Oct. 3rd and top fundraising prizes will be determined based on fundraising totals as of 10a on Sunday, Oct. 4th. Incentive items can be collected during check-in at the orange check-in tent and we will be reaching out to individuals about fundraising prizes over the weekend.

*There will be event photographers capturing walk memories for us but you are welcome to let them know if you’d prefer not to have your picture taken.

Please Note: The in-person Walk is attended by the children and babies of the AllPaths Community.

When:  You're welcome to walk with us on Oct. 4th or anytime that weekend that works for you.

Where: Wherever you are! Some teams do plan separate meet ups so be sure to take a group photo if you do!

Activities: Be sure to check out our virtual Walk Celebration that will drop on Friday Oct. 2nd for fun family activities, opportunities to meet our sponsors, and even a special guest or two!

Walk Shirts: T-shirts ordered by Sept. 15th will arrive in time for Walk Weekend. Any orders placed after Sept. 15th may not be delivered in time. Order your walk shirt today!
