Here Tomorrow Community 5k: Steps for Life

This September 19th, I’m participating in the Here Tomorrow Community 5K to raise awareness for suicide prevention and support accessible mental health services in our beaches community!

Whether personally or someone we love, mental health impacts all of us. And everyone deserves to be surrounded with care, without fear of judgement. This community walk or run will bring the community together as a reminder that it's okay to not be okay, and it's okay to ask for help.

Here Tomorrow provides no-cost, no-wait peer support for individuals struggling with mental health and thoughts of suicide, helping people feel seen, heard, and connected during some of life’s hardest moments.
