At HoPe, we believe in the power and potential of young people. Each year, we select four students from every partner high school to serve as HoPe Legacy Leaders — a transformational one-year leadership development experience designed to help students grow into confident, purpose-driven leaders who create meaningful change in their schools and communities.
As part of their journey, Legacy Leaders attend the HoPe Youth Leadership Summit, an immersive three-day experience filled with hands-on leadership training, inspiring keynote speakers, team-building activities, and opportunities to connect with influential community leaders. Beyond the learning, students experience unforgettable moments of fun, encouragement, and belonging that leave a lasting impact on their lives.

This upcoming school year, HoPe Legacy Leaders will serve in more than 90 high schools across 7 states, collectively impacting over 7,000 students.
