The JA Pickleball Tournament is a fun and engaging team-building opportunity for Lockheed Martin. Employees take to the courts to support Junior Achievement’s mission of providing financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship programs to more than 50,000 K–12 students across Tarrant County.
Each participant raises funds within their network, and teams come together to celebrate their impact through a fun and energetic day of friendly competition. The tournament is filled with exciting matches, chances for prizes, and a great opportunity for colleagues to connect—all while supporting a meaningful cause.

As the skills students need for future success continue to evolve—and as economic mobility becomes more challenging—our work has never been more important. Your involvement helps ensure students gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed in the future.
The proceeds from this event directly support JA programs, allowing us to deliver these experiences to students at no cost to schools.
Teams should consist of two players. Individuals or partial teams are welcome and will be paired with others to complete a team.
