I’m Running for Her. ?
I’m thrilled to be participating in the 2026 Mary Kay MK5K and raising money for the Mary Kay Ash Foundation!
This one feels especially meaningful to me because Mary Kay has been part of my life for 16 years. What started when I was a teenager has grown into a business, a community, and a place where I’ve had the privilege of meeting and supporting women in so many different seasons of life.
And now I get to put my feet to work for a cause that is about women, too. Literally. ?
The Mary Kay Ash Foundation supports research into cancers affecting women and works to help end domestic violence.
Those aren't just causes that exist somewhere “out there.”
Cancer has touched so many of our families, friendships, and communities. And domestic violence affects women and families in ways that often aren't visible from the outside.
So when I run this 5K, I’ll be thinking about the women who have fought cancer, the women who have loved someone through it, the women who have survived domestic violence, the women who are rebuilding, and the women whose stories we may never know.
I’m hoping to raise $500, and I’d love your help getting there.
How can you help?
? Donate
Whatever amount feels right. $5, $10, $25—or whatever you are able to give. Every donation helps me move closer to my goal.
? Share
Maybe donating isn't possible right now. That's okay! Sharing this page with someone else is incredibly helpful, too.
? Cheer me on!
On Saturday, I'll be putting one foot in front of the other and thinking about all of the women this foundation works to support.
Thank you for being part of this with me.
Whether you donate, share, send encouragement, or simply stop by to learn more about why I'm doing this, thank you.
This is bigger than one 5K and bigger than one fundraising goal.
This one's for her. ?
