Hello Friends and Family!

Back in 2019, I first participated in the Morristown 5K Run and Walk, a fundraiser supporting Good Grief as part of Team Warrior. Team Warrior was established by my amazing friend Alyson in the wake of her husband, Jeff, passing away from brain cancer. While the pandemic and years of being in Europe or out of state meant that I had to participate virtually over the past five years, I am excited to be making a return to running the 5K in NJ on Sunday, May 31st.

Good Grief helped Alyson’s two small children in the aftermath of Jeff's death by providing a safe and nurturing environment to grieve at their family center in Morristown, NJ:
