How I got into Water Polo

I grew up playing a lot of different sports but my two main sports for many years were baseball and swimming. I'm the youngest in my family so I was in the water and catching balls since I could walk. In 2024, I decided to take a break from competitive swimming to play baseball AllStars. Unfortunately, I injured my eye during training and had to take a long break from baseball. When I recovered, water polo was starting up at my summer league pool so I signed up. I loved it. It was like the sports I'd played up to this point prepared me for water polo. I can't think of anything else I'd rather be doing!

Why I Love Water Polo

I love water polo because it is a super athletic and physical sport. I play Center which requires alot of physcial strength, situational awareness, and the ability to hold position and score. It challenges me constantly! Water polo has also introduced me to amazing people and provided me with incredible opportunities that am very grateful for. 

Why Your Support Matters

Your support helps me and other athletes who share my passion for water polo, become the best players we can. NTSC is a huge oppportunity for me to train with some of the best players in the country and push myself for a shot at making the National Team. 

Looking Ahead

This page will stay with me throughout the 2026 ODP season, including NTSC and future Pipeline experiences.  If I’m selected for additional training camps or international competitions, I’ll continue updating my journey here as I work toward the next level.
