My Story

Water polo has become a significant portion of my life, ever since I started playing at age 8. Through water polo's intensity, I have learned to embrace competition and power through struggles instead of giving up.

ODP helped me to compete with the best of the best, honing my abilities and my skills in every step of the way. I am confident that my selection into NTSC will prove to be a critical step in my water polo journey.

Why I Love Water Polo

When I first started water polo, I immediatly was compelled to the demanding nature of the sport and its high-speed competitive matches. It challenges both physical endurance and a strong mentality, making each match exciting and unpredictable. Every game, usually two or three per matchday, demands high focus, discipline, and consistency throughout all four quarters of the games even through fatigue. 

Another reason I love water polo is the unique bonds I have with each and every single one of my teammates. Coming out to practice every day and training together towards a shared goal provides a a special enviornment that only this distinctive experience can create. Our motivation to win pushes us beyond our limits every game and practice, fueling the competitive atmosphere.

Looking Ahead

This page will stay with me throughout the 2026 ODP season, including NTSC and future Pipeline experiences.  If I’m selected for additional training camps or international competitions, I’ll continue updating my journey here as I work toward the next level.
