My Story

I am excited to share that I was selected to the Youth Futures international trip to Greece this summer! I now have a new fundraising goal and any donation really helps.  I've been participating in the Olympic delvelopment program since I was 13 and was excited to have the opportunity to attend NTSC this year. At selection camp I was able to match up against the best players in my age group this pushed me to demonstrate my skill and learn how to work with new teammates.. My selection to this youth travel team is very exciting as I will be traveling internationally to compete for the first time. I expect this to help me continue to develop and compete at the highest level as well as develop closer friendship with my waterpolo teammates. I am looking forward to competing this summer and then transitioning into my high school senior season and then continue to play in college. 

Why I Love Water Polo

I love water polo because I grew up watching my brothers and even my mom play, this inspired me to play and see how far I could go. My family has been a big support with watching and cheering me on, giving me tips, and especially feeding me. Over the years I've also had so many coaches and teammates that inspired me and also pushed me to become a better player. I really like seeing my past teammates and coaches through the water polo community. It is a small world and even playing on many teams and in different states I run into people I know all the time at events, it is a special community.

Looking Ahead

This page will stay with me throughout the 2026 ODP season, including NTSC and future Pipeline experiences.  If I’m selected for additional training camps or international competitions, I’ll continue updating my journey here as I work toward the next level.
