This race feels especially meaningful because not only am I running for The Bell Center, but also I’ll be running the New York City Marathon on my 26th birthday, 26 miles on my 26th!!!
As a Speech Language Pathologist, I’m passionate about helping kids find their way to communicate and reach their fullest potential. That’s why I’m honored to be running in support of The Bell Center for Early Intervention Programs. The Bell Center provides life-changing early intervention services for children with developmental delays, equipping them and their families with tools, support, and hope during such critical years of development.

I’m thrilled to be participating as a BellRunner in the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon, running and fundraising in honor of The Bell Center for Early Intervention Programs!
The Bell Center is dedicated to maximizing the potential of children ages birth to three who are at risk for developmental delay. Did you know:
The Bell Center is only transdisciplinary, center-based early intervention program in the state of Alabama.
Every child enrolled in our program is served by a team of therapists, including a PT, OT, Speech-Language Pathologist, and early childhood special eduation teacher.
In the last 5 years, The Bell Center enrollment has grown by over 100%.
The Bell Center serves children with a wide range of special needs from Down Syndrome and cerebral palsy to rare genetic conditions and undiagnosed developmental delays.
In the past 3 years, TBC has served children from 16 different AL counties.
