For 30 years Outreach has supported youth and young adults on their journey toward stability and life transformation. We've got program centers so youth can access basic needs, case management, and coaching. We have coaches who go into local schools to support students experiencing housing insecurity. We have housing navigators and diversion specialists to connect young adults with housing and options to keep them from ending up on the street. We have done street outreach for the entirity of our existence -- offering encouragment, food, and resources to those with no where to go. Now, we're stepping into housing and we need help to grow with the growing needs our youth are facing in our community.
