March 9th, 2025, was the day I was admitted to the hospital. I had just been feeling off, and I was finally convinced by a friend to take my blood pressure, which unfortunately was a bit high. Not thinking much of it, I said goodbye to my family and headed up to the hospital just to get checked out.. Little did I know, I already had Preeclampsia and it was about to turn into HELLP syndrome. 3 days after being admitted, I delivered my son at 34 weeks via emergency c-section... Lucas was born on 3/12/25, weighing 3lbs 12oz.
