Alina passed away due to complications from Preeclampsia after being born premature. Losing her changed my life forever, but her memory continues to guide and inspire me every single day.

We continue to include Alina in our everyday lives. We talk about her, remember her, and keep her memory close in our hearts. But the truth is, she should be here... growing up alongside her brothers, laughing, learning, and making memories with us.

I walk to honor Alina and to raise awareness about preeclampsia so that other families may never have to experience the heartbreak we did.

Through this walk, we are also helping raise funds for critical research, education, and programs that work to protect mothers and babies.
