While in the hospital being treated for hypertension after giving birth to my sweet baby Ivy, one of my nurses told me about this walk. It was a very short convo but it fell somewhere between giving me reassurance and wiping away my tears during the scariest moment of my life so far. I knew I wanted to participate when I got the chance.
