We can’t wait to see you at the Tampa Promise Walk for Preeclampsia this Sunday, September 20! Whether you’re walking in honor of your own journey, supporting someone you love, remembering a mom or baby, or simply standing with families affected by preeclampsia, we are so grateful you’ll be joining us.

Opening Ceremony: 9:00 AM
1-Mile Promise Walk: Immediately following the opening ceremony
Please plan to arrive early so you have time to park, check in at registration, grab your ribbon, visit our community partners, and enjoy the activities before the opening ceremony begins.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a free, family-friendly event, and we have a wonderful morning planned!
Come early and enjoy our DJ, photo booth, face painting, bounce house, kids activities, community resource tables, blood pressure screenings, raffle prizes, coffee, donuts and more.
During our opening ceremony, we’ll hear from members of our community and recognize the different reasons that bring us together. Afterward, we’ll take a big group photo at the start line, and our Mission Mom, Kristie, and the Cagno family will lead the countdown to officially start our 1-mile walk.
AT CHECK-IN
Stop by the registration table when you arrive. We’ll also have ribbons available for you to wear during the walk:
Purple — I am a survivor
Black — I am honoring a mom or baby who is no longer with us
Pink & Blue — I support moms, babies and families affected by preeclampsia
A FEW THINGS TO BRING
Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for a Florida morning. Sunscreen and water are always a good idea! Feel free to bring your stroller and the whole family.
Most importantly, bring your stories, your support and your Promise.
Online registration and donations are still open! Invite a friend or family member to join us — there is still time to be part of our first Tampa Promise Walk.
