Why We Walk

This year, Alina would have turned 10. Instead, we walk in her memory.

Alina passed away due to complications from Preeclampsia after being born premature. Our team walks to honor Alina and to raise awareness about preeclampsia so that other families may never have to experience this kind of heartbreak.

Through this walk, we are also helping raise funds for critical research, education, and programs that work to protect mothers and babies.
