❤️Walking for Liam & for the Bleeding Disorders Community ❤️

Every year, our family comes together to walk in support of the Bleeding Disorders Foundation of North Carolina and every year, it means a little more to us.

Our son, Liam, lives with Hemophilia, and being part of this community has been such a learning experience for our entire family. While Hemophilia is a part of Liam’s story, it does not define him. He is an amazing, active, strong, and determined kid, and we are incredibly blessed to have such a wonderful support system surrounding him.

We know how fortunate we are to have family, friends, doctors, nurses, teachers, and an entire community who support Liam and our family along the way. Not every family affected by a bleeding disorder has that same support, and that is one of the reasons this walk is so important to us.

We walk for Liam. We walk for the families who are just beginning this journey. We walk for those who face challenges we may never see. And we walk to help support education, advocacy, research, and programs that make life better for everyone affected by a bleeding disorder.
